Terms of Service

By accessing or using imageToUrlKit.com, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, and possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you use the platform on behalf of an entity, company, or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

When creating an account, you agree to provide an accurate, verified email address. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your authentication session and credentials, and for all activities, uploads, transformations, and transmissions that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Subject to your ongoing compliance with these Terms, imageToUrlKit.com grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to access and use the platform’s web interfaces, image conversion utilities, screenshot tools, and direct image delivery routes for personal or internal business workflows.

We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you under these Terms. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of any platform component, except to the extent permitted by mandatory applicable law.

User Content Ownership: You retain 100% of your ownership, copyright, trademark, and intellectual property rights in and to any photographs, screenshots, graphic files, and visual media that you upload, edit, or distribute through imageToUrlKit.com.

Operational License Grant: By uploading content to the platform, you grant imageToUrlKit.com a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sublicensable license solely to host, store, decode, re-encode, compress, thumbnail, cache, transmit, and display your media as technically required to provide the image conversion, library management, and link delivery services you request. This license terminates when you delete your image from the service, subject to standard CDN cache expiration.

User Content Warranty: You represent, warrant, and covenant that you own or have obtained all necessary licenses, permissions, releases, and consents from all relevant third parties (including copyright owners and individuals depicted in visual media) to upload, process, and distribute your content through the platform without infringing any third-party rights.

You agree not to use imageToUrlKit.com for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose. Specifically, you agree not to upload, store, transmit, or link to:

Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or non-consensual sexual imagery of any person (strictly zero-tolerance; violations are immediately terminated and reported to law enforcement and relevant missing-children organizations).

Material that depicts, promotes, or incites violence, terrorism, illegal acts, severe harassment, or hate speech targeting protected groups.

Malicious software, viruses, trojans, ransomware, phishing captures, keyloggers, or code designed to disrupt, compromise, or exploit computer networks or browsers.

Visual content that infringes upon third-party patents, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, privacy rights, or publicity rights.

Furthermore, you agree not to:

Attempt to bypass, defeat, or disable platform rate limits, access controls, password gates, authentication mechanisms, or security filters.

Engage in automated scraping, spidering, or bulk extraction of platform endpoints without prior authorization.

Interfere with or disrupt the integrity, stability, or performance of platform servers, databases, or delivery networks, including launching denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks.

Use generated image URLs in deceptive spam campaigns, unsolicited bulk emails, or misleading affiliate schemes.

imageToUrlKit.com respects the intellectual property rights of creators and complies with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512). If you believe that content hosted on our platform infringes your copyright, you may submit a formal DMCA Notice to our designated copyright agent via our abuse reporting page.

To be legally effective, your notification must include:

A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative.

Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.

Specific identification of the allegedly infringing material, including the exact URL(s) or image identifier(s) on imageToUrlKit.com.

Adequate contact information (including your name, address, telephone number, and email address).

A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Repeat Infringer Policy: We maintain a policy of terminating accounts of users who are found to be repeat copyright infringers.

File Upload Boundaries: The platform supports still images in JPEG, PNG, WebP, and AVIF formats up to 10 MB per file. Animated formats (GIF, animated WebP) and vector formats (SVG) are not permitted.

Fair Bandwidth Allocation: We reserve the right to throttle, restrict, or suspend image links that consume disproportionate bandwidth or generate abusive traffic volumes that threaten service reliability for other users.

No Archival Guarantee: imageToUrlKit.com is designed for workflow image sharing and conversion, not as a permanent cloud backup solution. We do not provide a storage SLA or guarantee perpetual retention. You are solely responsible for maintaining local offline backups of all master image files.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IMAGETOURLKIT.COM AND ALL SERVICES, TOOLS, AND CONTENT ARE PROVIDED STRICTLY ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE.

WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, QUIET ENJOYMENT, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, ACCURATE, OR FREE FROM VIRUSES OR DEFECTS, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL IMAGETOURLKIT.COM, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, GOODWILL, DATA, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE) THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF FIFTY UNITED STATES DOLLARS ($50 USD) OR THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO THE PLATFORM IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Indemnification: You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless imageToUrlKit.com, its operators, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your user content, your use of the platform, or your breach of these Terms.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable governing law, without giving effect to conflict of laws principles.

Severability and Waiver: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. No failure to exercise any right under these Terms shall constitute a waiver.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and imageToUrlKit.com regarding the service.
